Loadout
- 50g white onion
- 6 oz lean ground beef (minimum sass, maximum gains)
- 1 tbsp jarlic (jarred garlic—yes it counts)
- Avocado oil spray
- 1 cup cooked rice (Great Value is still valid currency in the Wastes)
- Splash of Worcestershire sauce (or whatever that bottle’s called)
- 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green for resistance ranks)
- 20g rice per pepper
- 28g reduced-fat cheese (shut up about the chemicals)
Crafting Instructions
- Lightly spray a skillet with avocado oil.
- Add onions, garlic, and ground beef.
- Cook the meat until browned. Season it like a war anthem.
- While it cooks, prep rice and wash it before the internet roasts you.
- Splash Worcestershire into the pan—just enough to raise morale.
